2 Days (Athens - Half Day city tour with Acropolis and Museum)
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and start the half-day tour to Athens. This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Presidential residence (ex-Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum. Return to the hotel for a free afternoon. 3 Days (Athens - Mykonos)
After breakfast Transfer to Piraeus port for your ferry embarkation to Mykonos Island. 6 Days (Santorini -Full day boat tour to Volcano, Hot Springs, Thirassia Island and Cruise below Oia.)
This morning proceed to enjoy volcano & hot springs tour. The tour starts by bus from the pick-up point which brings us to the port whereyou will board the traditional boat. Starting the tour the boat will sail to the Volcanic Island of NeaKameni, there youwill stop and have the opportunity to walk up the dirt path and approach the cone of the still active Volcano. Afterexperiencing one of the most unfriendly places on earth, the cone, walk back down the dirt path to the boat, whichwill bring you to the second lava island PaleaKameni, where you find the hot Springs. The boat will anchor 50 metersfrom the opening where you can swim in the green Sulphur waters of the hot springs, wet your feet or just enjoy theview.The tour continues after the hot springs toThirassia Island which was once part of Santorini before the big Explosion of the Volcano. There you will stay for twohours and you will have the opportunity to do some activities like swimming on the beach of Thirassia, have lunchnext to the Sea or just explore the Village of Manolas with its winding steps and traditional houses.
